I found the solution. I went to this site previously but didn’t think it was working because it appeared to be installing the entire Office product. It turns out it was only installing or at least only making available to run for free the latest version of OneNote.

Go to the following Microsoft web site and click on “Windows Desktop”. It will download the 32 bit OneNote Desktop and I believe it is the version. Disregard the fact that it gives one the impression it is installing the entire Office product. I guess it might be downloading it I really don’t know , but it only installs and makes available the OneNote app. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another.
